SDAtickets 私隱政策
本政策說明 SDAtickets（套件名稱：com.sda.tickets）如何收集、使用、儲存、分享及刪除個人資料。使用本應用即表示您已閱讀本政策。
1. 我們收集的資料
- 帳戶資料：為建立帳戶、登入及驗證身份，我們會在取得您的明示同意後處理電子郵件地址或電話號碼，以及使用者 ID、登入憑證、暱稱和頭像。
- 參賽及身份資料：姓名、性別、出生日期、身份證、護照或其他證件類型和號碼。
- 健康及安全資料：血型，以及緊急聯絡人的姓名和電話號碼。
- 地址資料：收件人姓名、電話號碼、地區及詳細地址。
- 位置資料：在您授權後取得的大概或精確位置，用於顯示賽事、商戶或地圖相關功能。
- 使用者內容：您主動拍攝、選擇或上載的頭像、報名材料、評價圖片及其他內容。
- 交易資料：賽事報名、商品訂單、付款方式、付款狀態、退款及售後記錄。付款卡完整資料通常由付款服務商處理；如您使用提現功能，我們可能處理您提交的銀行帳戶資料。
- 技術資料：裝置類型、作業系統、網絡狀態、IP 位址、應用版本、操作日誌、崩潰及診斷資料。
2. 資料用途
- 建立及管理帳戶、驗證身份和提供客戶服務。
- 處理賽事報名、參賽資格、訂單、付款、退款、配送及售後服務。
- 提供地圖、定位、內容上載、分享及個人化功能。
- 保障帳戶和交易安全、防止詐騙及遵守法律義務。
- 分析及改善應用的穩定性、效能和使用體驗。
3. 權限使用
相機、位置、照片選擇及相簿寫入能力只會在您主動使用相應功能時請求：
- 相機：用於拍攝並上載頭像或報名材料。
- 照片選擇：用於選擇您指定的頭像、報名材料、評價圖片或其他需要上載的內容；應用不會為此讀取裝置上的全部照片或影片。
- 相簿寫入：用於將您主動選擇保存的賽事圖片、電子憑證或其他應用內容寫入裝置相簿。
- 位置：用於顯示附近賽事、商戶、距離或地圖相關內容。
您可透過 Android「設定」>「應用程式」>「SDAtickets」>「權限」撤回授權，也可在系統權限提示中選擇不允許。撤回後，我們將停止透過該權限收集相應資料，但依賴該權限的功能可能無法使用。
4. 資料分享
我們不出售個人資料，也不會主動向無關第三方分享、轉讓或公開披露您的個人資料。為完成您主動要求的功能，我們可能在必要範圍內向以下接收者提供資料：
- 賽事主辦方、商品供應商及物流服務商，用於完成您要求的報名、訂單或配送。
- 付款服務商，用於處理付款、退款及防詐騙。
- 地圖、定位、雲端儲存、內容傳輸、分析及技術支援服務商。
- 政府、監管或司法機關，在法律要求或保護合法權益時。
第三方服務可能依其自身私隱政策處理資料。我們會要求服務商僅按指定目的處理資料並採取合理保護措施。如法律要求取得單獨同意，我們會在提供前另行告知接收方、資料類型和處理目的並取得您的同意；法律另有規定的情況除外。
5. 資料儲存及保留
除法律法規另有規定外，我們只會在實現本政策所述目的所需的最短期間內保存個人資料。帳戶註銷時，系統會軟刪除使用者記錄，原帳戶不能再登入，現有登入憑證亦會失效。因履行交易、保障安全、處理爭議或遵守法律義務所需，訂單、賽事報名、付款記錄、資產交易記錄及其他相關業務資料會繼續保留。相同郵箱或手機號可重新註冊，但新帳戶會建立新的使用者 ID，且不會自動關聯舊帳戶保留的業務資料。
6. 資料安全
我們採取合理的管理、技術及實體保護措施，包括存取控制、傳輸保護及權限限制。任何系統均無法保證絕對安全；如發生可能影響您權益的事故，我們會按適用法律處理及通知。
7. 資料使用規則
我們只會在本政策列明的目的和合理必要範圍內使用收集的資料。如處理目的、方式或資料類型發生重大變更，超出原有目的或合理範圍，我們會在處理前透過應用內通知、電子郵件或其他適當方式告知您，並在法律要求時重新取得您的明示同意。
8. 您的權利及帳戶註銷
您可要求查閱、複製、更正或刪除個人資料，撤回同意，或對資料處理提出查詢及投訴。除可直接在應用內修改的資料外，您可透過下方聯絡郵箱提出要求；我們會在核實身份後，於 15 個工作日內完成核查和處理或向您說明進度。
您亦可透過我們的帳戶註銷頁面驗證身份並立即提交註銷。註銷後的資料保留方式載於上方「資料儲存及保留」章節。
9. 未成年人
本應用的目標使用者為年滿 18 歲人士。我們不會在知情情況下向未成年人收集個人資料。如您認為未成年人向我們提供了資料，請聯絡我們處理。
10. 政策更新
我們可能因功能、法律或服務商變更而更新本政策。重大變更會透過應用內通知或其他適當方式告知，並更新頁面上的日期。

SDAtickets Privacy Policy
This policy explains how SDAtickets (package name: com.sda.tickets) collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes personal data.
1. Data We Collect
- Account data. With your explicit consent, we process your email address or phone number to create an account, sign you in, and verify your identity. We also process your user ID, login credentials, nickname, and profile photo.
- Participant and identity data, including name, gender, date of birth, identity card, passport, or other document type and number.
- Health and safety data, including blood type and emergency contact name and phone number.
- Delivery data, including recipient name, phone number, region, and detailed address.
- Approximate or precise location, after permission is granted, for event, merchant, and map features.
- Content you choose to capture, select, or upload, such as profile photos, registration materials, review images, and other content.
- Transaction data, including registrations, orders, payment method and status, refunds, and after-sales records. Payment providers generally process full payment card details. Bank account data may be processed if you use withdrawal features.
- Technical data, including device type, operating system, network status, IP address, app version, usage logs, crash data, and diagnostics.
2. How We Use Data
We use data to manage accounts, verify identity, process registrations and orders, provide payments and delivery, operate maps and uploads, provide support, prevent fraud, comply with law, and improve app reliability and performance.
3. Permissions
Camera, location, photo selection, and photo-library write capabilities are requested only when you actively use the relevant feature. The camera is used to capture profile photos or registration materials. Photo selection is used only for content you choose and does not require access to all photos or videos. Photo-library write access saves event images, electronic credentials, or other app content at your request. Location supports nearby events, merchants, distance, and map features. You can withdraw access under Android Settings > Apps > SDAtickets > Permissions; permission-dependent features may then be unavailable.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data or proactively disclose it to unrelated third parties. As necessary to provide features you request, we may share data with event organizers, merchants, logistics providers, payment providers, map and location providers, cloud and technical service providers, and public authorities where legally required. Where separate consent is required by law, we will first disclose the recipient, data types, and purpose and obtain your consent.
5. Retention and Security
Unless otherwise required by law, we retain personal data only for the shortest period necessary for the purposes described in this policy. When an account is deleted, its user record is soft-deleted, the old account can no longer sign in, and existing authentication tokens become invalid. Orders, event registrations, payment records, asset transactions, and other associated business records are retained as needed to fulfill transactions, protect security, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations. The same email address or phone number may be used to register again, but a new user ID is created and retained records from the old account are not automatically reconnected. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Purpose Limitation
We use collected data only for the purposes and within the reasonably necessary scope described in this policy. Before materially changing a processing purpose, method, or data category beyond the original purpose or reasonable scope, we will notify you through the app, email, or another appropriate method and obtain renewed explicit consent where required by law.
7. Your Rights and Account Deletion
You may request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent, ask questions, or submit a complaint. For information that cannot be changed directly in the app, contact us using the email address below. After verifying your identity, we will investigate and process the request, or provide a progress update, within 15 business days.
Use our Account Deletion page to verify your identity and immediately submit account deletion. The retention behavior after deletion is described in the section above.
8. Children
The app is intended for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children.
